Ultimate Campground Guide
The Ultimate Public Campground Project was conceived in 2008 to provide a consolidated and comprehensive source for public campgrounds of all types. It all began with a simple POI (Point of Interest) list of GPS coordinates and names, nothing more, totaling perhaps 5,000 locations. As the list grew in size and information provided, a website was designed to display the data on a map. Next came mobile apps, first iOS and Mac apps and more recently Android versions. Now this information is available in 17 paperback books and includes over 38,000 locations across the United States. Work continues on the Project with information updated regularly.
The Ultimate US Military Campground Project app is dedicated to presenting information about military campgrounds across the United States. In this app you will find over 275 military facilities with full descriptions of amenities at each. We are providing this free app as our way of saying THANK-YOU to all current and retired military personnel. Twice a week Dutch Flower tours organises the Ultimate Tulip Experience tour, which will take you past some of the most lovely sites in the region! You will visit a sustainable, high-tech tulip farm which processes the tulips in a very modern way, but still is able to show you a glimpse of the process.
The project consists of 17 paperback volumes as listed below. Selecting a link will take you to Amazon’s website to learn more, look inside the book, and purchase a copy.
- Southern Maine's Finest Camping. Enjoy premier family camping with a resort atmosphere when you stay at Bayley’s Camping Resort. Bayley’s is located less than a mile away from 7 miles of beautiful sandy beach when you want to relax next to the ocean and great amenities while you are at the resort.
- This traditional style snow shoe is a intermediate paracord project. It requires some basic woodworking to complete the project but the result is absolutely stunning. Take some time to learn how to make this project. When you are in the wild you may not have planks but you can substitute them with branches.
